GTM Diagnostic
A scored, evidence-based read on any software company's go-to-market.
BoardFluent is the GTM operating system that scores your go-to-market on the same versioned formulas your board already reads, then tracks whether the fixes moved the number. The GTM Execution dashboards are built for operating teams to run themselves. Bionic GTM is the operator practice that runs them for you and signs the result. 9 dimensions rated 1 to 5, grounded in the metric set, delivered with a sequenced 90-day plan. Built for CEOs and CROs, boards, and PE deal teams who need a fast, honest answer on where GTM is working and where it is leaking value.
The rubric, the formulas, the evidence standards, and the outcome tracking live in the platform. The operator brings judgment and stands behind the result. The platform keeps both anchored to the numbers the board sees. When the numbers do not tie, credibility takes the hit. The diagnostic starts from numbers that do.

Tavolo Systems, Dana Reyes, and Meridian Growth Partners are fictional, illustrative data used to demonstrate the product. No real company, investor, or person is represented.
Scored against the numbers your board already trusts.
A maturity model scores opinions. The GTM Diagnostic scores evidence, graded by a published methodology against the same versioned formulas that power your calculators and your board book. The diagnosis arrives in the boardroom already tied to the CFO's numbers, so nobody spends the meeting arguing about whose spreadsheet is right. And because the methodology lives in the platform rather than in a consultant's head, the re-score at the end of the work is graded the same way as the diagnosis at the start.
The delivered artifact
What the written readout looks like.
The interactive pane above is Tavolo's full Diagnose baseline, reasoning with real data access and interviews. The sample below is an earlier moment in the same story: an outside-in read, built from public sources alone before the engagement began. Lower scores and thinner confidence there are the expected shape of a pre-engagement read, not a different company. The readout below is what a client keeps either way: a scored, board-ready document with evidence behind every dimension and a sequenced 90-day plan.

What it is
9 dimensions of go-to-market health, each scored 1 to 5 with a confidence level, grounded in the same metric definitions published in the BoardFluent calculators. The output is a defensible position on each dimension, not a maturity model or a survey.
The BoardFluent platform runs the analysis at scale on the same versioned formulas behind the public calculators, structured by the scoring rubric and the metric definitions, not a generic prompt. The operator's experience decides what is true and signs the result. This is not an AI writing tool with a GTM coat of paint.
The methodology
How the scoring works
A score is a position taken against a fixed method, not a vibe an analyst arrived at under deadline. The mechanics below are published on purpose: a board or a deal team should be able to see how a number was reached before they underwrite it.
The full rubric, the underlying question sets, and the remediation playbook behind each score are the operator's working material inside an engagement. The method is published; the working material is not.
The harness, not the model
Why not just ask a chatbot?
Anyone can ask an AI what it thinks. BoardFluent is built around what the AI is not allowed to do: see your thesis first, score without evidence, invent a number, or skip the operator who signs the work. The contrast is chat versus discipline. A chat answer changes with the prompt and leaves no record; the diagnostic runs a blinded pressure test before any thesis is unsealed, bounds every score by the evidence collected, traces every figure to a computed value or a cited source, and is reviewed and attested by a named operator before delivery.
The model is a commodity. The harness is the firm.
How it works
Two delivery modes: an outside-in version built entirely from public data, useful pre-LOI or before an engagement, and a full version with internal data access and team interviews.
Your company identity is de-identified before AI analysis. Company names, people, and customer references are replaced with internal tokens in our systems before any synthesis or scoring data reaches an AI provider. For deal engagements, public search is off by default and you can use a project code name. How we protect your data
Who it is for
CEOs and CROs
An honest baseline before a transformation, so the plan starts from where the company actually is.
Boards
An independent second opinion on go-to-market when the internal narrative and the numbers disagree.
PE deal teams
A structured GTM read for diligence and a working plan for the first 100 days of ownership.
Who scores it
Scored by an experienced GTM operator, never a tool on autopilot.
Run the GTM Execution dashboards with your own team, or have Bionic GTM run them for you. Either way the methodology, the formulas, and the evidence standards are the same, on the same platform.
Run direct with Bionic GTM
Mike Dayton, founder of BoardFluent, scores it directly, drawing on 20+ years leading revenue as CRO, CSO, and GM across PE-backed, public, and founder-led companies, including carveout diligence, integration, and turnaround work.
