Why I built this
I'm Mike Dayton. I've spent 20+ years leading revenue organizations in B2B software, as CRO, CSO, and GM at PE-backed, public, and founder-led companies. The night before a board meeting always looked the same: spreadsheets open, hunting down inputs, double-checking the math behind CAC, retention, pipeline coverage, and burn.
The CEO, CFO, and I would spend that last stretch aligning the story, trading late-night edits and rehearsing the Q&A so we walked in with one set of numbers and one narrative. It was worth doing every time, and it was also a shared time suck that pulled more hours away from running the business than our board members were probably aware.
