What this is

Prove answers the question that every board and every PE firm eventually asks: did the work move the number? It compares the metric baseline captured at diagnostic time against a follow-on read across the same nine GTM dimensions. Changes are documented with the same evidence standard as the original diagnostic, not inferred from narrative.

This is an operator-delivered engagement, not a self-serve report. It is most valuable when run against a documented baseline from a prior diagnostic and is typically scoped to the specific dimensions where the Operate or Quantify work was focused. The output is a written proof artifact suitable for a board packet or a deal process.

Where it sits in the sequence

Prove is the final service in the Bionic GTM sequence. It closes the loop started by the GTM Diagnostic. A Prove engagement requires a prior baseline to measure against; running the diagnostic first is the prerequisite.
