What this is
Operate runs the execution-level work that typically stalls after a diagnostic: coverage capacity modeling, pipeline integrity and forecast cadence design, and ICP re-scoring against the company's real win data. These are the mechanics that turn a scored gap into a changed number. The engagement is operator-delivered, not a platform feature you configure yourself.
Scope is defined on a call. Most Operate engagements run for a contained period and are scoped to one or two of the three workstreams above. The outputs are working artifacts your team inherits and operates, not recommendations that expire when the engagement ends.
Where it sits in the sequence
Operate is the third service. It follows the GTM Diagnostic and typically the Quantify service. The Prove service follows to confirm whether the number moved. You do not need to run all four; each engagement is scoped to what is most actionable at the time.
