Subscription Terms

1. Pricing

BoardFluent Premium is offered at $99 per month or $949 per year (about $79/mo billed annually), unless a different price is shown at checkout. Annual plans are discounted relative to twelve months of monthly billing.

Currency, taxes, and applicable fees are shown at checkout.

2. Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically until canceled. Monthly plans renew monthly; annual plans renew annually.

You can manage payment methods, invoices, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellation through the Stripe-powered customer portal at any time.

3. Refunds and Cancellation

You may cancel a Subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Access to paid features continues through the end of the current billing period.

Annual subscriptions are prepaid for twelve months. Unless required by law or expressly stated in writing, fees are non-refundable after the billing period begins.

If payment fails, access may be downgraded, paused, or canceled after standard retry and dunning workflows complete.

4. What Free and Premium Include

The Free tier includes:

• All 32 calculators, including the full GTM and RevOps suite.
• Unlimited saved scenarios and side-by-side scenario compare.
• Unlimited board books with per-recipient magic-link delivery and watermarked PDFs.
• Board Q&A threads and readiness scoring.
• CSV bulk import for current-period metric snapshots.
• Cohort percentile benchmarks where minimum cohort thresholds are met (subject to benchmark opt-in).
• Up to three team seats on the Free plan.

Premium adds AI narrative drafting (subject to monthly per-user fair-use quotas), the secure data room, company branding on board books and embeds, and API keys with white-label embed tokens. Both plans include up to three team seats. Premium also includes the Board Q&A Coach (subject to the same fair-use quotas).

Feature contents may change as the product evolves. Material reductions to included features will be communicated by email or in-product notice.

5. Promotional Codes

BoardFluent may offer promotional codes (for example, the Founding Benchmark Contributor program code, which provides twelve months at 100% off the annual plan for first-time subscribers who complete their SaaS profile and opt into benchmark contribution).

Promotional codes are subject to the eligibility, redemption-limit, and expiration rules stated in the offer. Codes may not be combined unless expressly allowed. BoardFluent may revoke a promotional credit if eligibility requirements are not met or are subsequently violated.

6. Disputes and Contact

Disputes about billing should first be raised through the Stripe customer portal or by emailing support@boardfluent.com. Disputes that cannot be resolved through support are governed by the arbitration provisions of the Terms of Service.
