How SaaS companies actually perform, by stage and ARR band
An anonymized operator network produces p25, p50, and p75 benchmarks across growth, retention, margin, and efficiency. The public benchmark index is live now at /saas-benchmark, built from published sources. Contribute your real numbers here to help individual cells flip to live cohort data, and unlock the deeper verified-contributor report for your edition once it reaches threshold.
The report
Receive the full SaaS Board Benchmark report for your edition by email once its cohort reaches threshold. Cohort bands (p25/p50/p75) by stage, ARR band, business model, and ACV, built from real anonymized contributor data. The public benchmark index is free today, compiled from published sources, while your edition fills in.

How anonymization works
Your metrics are aggregated into cohort bands. Individual company figures are never displayed. Your email is stored in a separate field used only for report delivery and is never shown in any output. Minimum cell size is enforced before any band publishes.
What the survey covers
About 4 minutes for most operators, fewer if you skip the optional depth metrics. A short investor branch is available if you represent a fund or family office rather than an operating company.
- Cohort dimensions (required): business model, customer type, stage, ARR band, ACV band
- Headline metrics (required): revenue growth, NRR, GRR, gross margin, and either CAC payback or burn multiple
- Depth metrics (optional): Rule of 40, magic number, quick ratio, LTV:CAC, win rate, pipeline coverage, and more
- Contact and consent: your email for report delivery, and two consent checkboxes
Privacy and consent
Submitting your email means you consent to receive the benchmark report for the edition you contribute to. A separate optional consent allows your anonymized metrics to contribute to the BoardFluent in-product benchmark cohort. Neither consent is assumed. Both are unchecked by default and clearly labeled in the form.
One submission per company domain per edition. Duplicate submissions from the same domain are rejected gracefully. Data collection, anonymization method, retention, and optional benchmark contribution are covered in the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
